Our Idea

The idea for Cisco Training came from the IT Steering committee here at Berkeley, and has the full support of the Berkeley Board of Governors. The Berkeley Institute was founded to ensure a "better education" for the people of Bermuda. In the minds of our founding fathers, a "better education" implied a pursuit of a classical curriculum as preparation for college and professional training. The idea for Cisco training is intended to help fulfill this vision.

Our Goal

Our goal is to provide Cisco training to Bermudians at an affordable price, to help them reach their full potential in the IT Industry. The CCNA course for us is just a start; we intend to progressively broaden our training to include the CCNP and CCVP (VoIP) courses. About CCNA Course

The CCNA certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) indicates a foundation in and apprentice knowledge networking. During this course you will learn how to setup, configure and manage Cisco Routers and Switches at a foundation level. The course will provide a basic understanding of Networking before proceeding to vendor specific details. This course will not only provide you with the theoretical resources to pass the exam, but will also provide you with the skills necessary to function competently on the job.
