MONDAY, JUNE 30TH, 2008 IS GRADUDATION DAY

 

Rehearsals are MANDATORY for
participation in the Graduation Ball

• Cap and Gown Ceremony- Mon. June 30th, 2008 10:00am – 12:00pm Graduates must arrive at New Testament Church Hall by 9:00am in their Berkeley Institute winter uniform.
• Graduation Ball- Mon. June 30th, 2008  7:00pm – 12:00am

Graduates MUST arrive at the hotel by 5:30pm-meet in the Frangipani Room.  At this time, they will receive their corsages and boutonnières and their individual and class pictures will be taken.   If students are late, then they will miss the opportunity to have their picture taken in their gown/tuxedo.

 

Financial Obligations

• Cap & gown, shawl, corsage/ boutonnières will cost $75.00
• Ball tickets are $85.00 each.  At this time, graduates are allowed 5 guest tickets and 1 ticket for themselves.  Therefore, 6 ball tickets will cost $510.00.  Extra tickets will go on sale at the end of the day on Sat. June 21st 2008.
• Graduation Pictures will cost approximately $65.00. (optional) Make checks payable to Photographic Associates.
• Berkeley Institute Graduation keepsake dolls will cost $55.00 (optional).  Make checks payable to Gina James.

DRESS CODE

• THE CAP AND GOWN CEREMONY

• Winter Uniform- except the blazer

• THE GRADUATION BALL

• Ladies are required to wear a formal white gown with long white gloves and white shoes (prices will vary)
• Gentleman are required to wear a formal tuxedo provided by Anthony’s Salon which includes the shirt and shoes (approximately $200.00 to be paid at Anthony’s)

Please note ALL monies are due in FULL at the school on Saturday, June 21st, 2008.  Make checks payable to The Berkeley Institute.  PLEASE make every effort to start saving now!!!!
